Tuesday 6-7.30pm Bag Blaster/Bag Circuits/Speed and Power Fitness Class £5.00 open to all
Wednesday 5-6pm Juniors Thai Boxing 8-12 years £3.50
Wednesday 6-7pm Adult beginners and intermediate Traditional Muay Thai Technical Class
Wednesday 7-9pm Fighters Training Thai Style
(must have full protective equipment (shin pads, 16 oz gloves, bag gloves, groin guard, gum sheild, wraps etc)
FRIDAY 5-6pm Junior Sparring and Ringcraft
(must have done at least 1 technical class each week to attend)
FRIDAY 6-7 pm Beginners Sparring and Ringcraft
(must have done at least 1 technical class each week to attend)
FRIDAY 7-8.30 pm Fighters/Advanced Sparring and Ringcraft
(must have done at least 2 technical classes each week and be in possesion of Personal Protective equipment in order to attend)
